Rolando Acosta, Presiding Justice of the New York Appellete Division Of The Supreme Court, First Circuit, and political figurehead appointed by current, and soon to be, ex, Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has brought disgrace not only to the New York Court System, but to the profession itself, by sitting back and allowing crime to be perpetrated not only by outside entities within the City of New York, but also within his own administration....and did you know...he's an immigrant....that came to the U.S.....then went to Columbia...And played baseball....then went to Columbia Law School....Well he'll tell you.

But the thing is this: NOBODY. AND I MEAN NOBODY. HAS BEEN THE BENEFICIARY OF MORE MINORITY BASED AID, ASSISTANCE, AND POLITICAL POSTURING than Rolando Acosta. NOBODY. Everything Rolando Acosta Has Accomplished has been due to the status of himself being a minority, that he, himself, has used to the ultimate advantage in life, and that other politicians have used for thier own benefit in employing him, promoting him, and placing him on benches....all with a price. The integrity of your laws and courts and justice system. Ohh but did you know, he also played baseball?....Welll.....

Rolando Acosta portrays himself as some kind of baseball star that gave up the sport because he decided, on his own accord, that the law was more important, that he was giving up the game to pursue a greater good, and he would have all of you believe this gladly, except....its not quite true.

See, in baseball, YOU DONT GET TO PICK IF YOU GO PRO OR NOT. YOU GET PICKED. THEY PICK YOU. And if Rolando Acosta had been that good of a baseball player, Rolando Acosta WOULD NOT HAVE ATTENDED COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY, AN IVY LEAGUE SCHOOL WITH IVY LEAGUE COMPETITION, TO DEVELOP HIS SKILLS TO A PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL LEVEL. If Rolando Acosta Had Been That Good Of A Baseball Player, Rolando Acosta Would Have Attended A Top Baseball School, Were He Still Could Have, Allegedly, Excelled Academically, Then Still Got Himself Into A Top Law School,Probably Even/Still Columbia, Which He Could Have Attended During Or After He Was DRAFTED, SELECTED, Into Professional Baseball And Concluded A 20+ Year Career In The Major Leagues, Then Still Would Have Had The Rest Of His Life To Sit On A Bench And Do Judge Stuff And Type Things. But None Of That Happened.

KNOW WHY? BECAUSE ROLANDO ACOSTA WAS NOT SELECTED, PICKED, TO PLAY PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL. MANY ARE CALLED AND FEW ARE CHOOSEN, AND ROLANDO ACOSTA WAS NOT ONE OF THE ONES THAT WAS CHOOSEN. ROLANDO ACOSTA HAD TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO WITH HIS LIFE AND MILKED THE HELL OUT OF HIS MINORITY STATUS TO DO SO. So, As Much As Rolando Acosta Would Like To Make All Of You Believe That He "Gave Up" A Career In Professional Baseball To Persue The Law, Its All A Lie.

Rolando Acosta, For As Many BS Awards He Won At An Ivy League School, In An Ivy League League, DID NOT HAVE THE TALENT TO PLAY PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL, or Even To Attend A Top Tier College Baseball Program That Would Have Helped Get Him There. Period. And Unless Rolando Acosta Wants To Admit That There Is Corruption In The Sport Of Baseball, That He Loves To Protect, Much Like He Likes To Protect The Crime That Perpetrates NYC, The Truth Is Rolando Acosta Was Not Good Enough To Play Professional Baseball. And He Did Not Sacrific A Career In Baseball To Selflessly Pursue The Law. He Never Had A Career In Baseball To Pursue In The First Place.

Now He Tries To Spend his days protecting other criminals in NYC like alleged "professionals" on the baseball field like derek jeter and alex rodriguez, while other criminals run around NYC, and his own office, commiting crimes.

Guess there's no "minority" benefit to adjudicating that. So, you wont find Rolando Acosta on that committee. Elected, Selected, Or Otherwise.
