RON PREUSS, RON PREUSS ICON IMAGING Loving Paws Rescue Paid and not delivered, charged on my credit car and not authorized LURAY TENNESSE

Ron Preuss, I really trusted him.  I found out, by doing my taxes,  in April 21, 2020, I ordered ink for my printer.   I received toner and the charge went thru on my credit card from Icon sublimation image. 

Then he called and told me something about a charge back on his account and told me to send it to Loving Paws, his other business and he would refund icon image charge of $325.  

So now I have paid $650.00  to him and it should have been only $325.00.   Credit card company told me that Ron refunded it and then call the bank and stopped it.  

On October 18, he called and asked me if needed toner.  I told him, I didn't need any toner.  He then went ahead and charged my credit card with a Unauthorized charge. 

 I called Ron, ICON IMAGING on 11-1-2020  no answer.  I left a message.  Called him 4  more calls about the refund and each time he said he did issue a refund. 

Credit company said no refunds was issued by him.  There was never a refund done by him.  Also didn't receive anything.  He charged my account unauthorized ON October 18, 2020 at 5:20:45 PM .   

Finally got it reversed and will never order from him again.  Don't trust him, he still got $325.00 out of me.
