Rooya Group Real Estate planted my backyard using SOD grass, water leaked to main foundations which caused interior and exterior cracks due to lack of soil compaction. As agreed, Rooya will repair underground concrete foundation after removing massive amount of marble tiles. Projected timeframe was 60 days however, they exceeded 6 month delaysz.
New contract was drafted with daily penalty after July 4th. Rooya was delayed completing their work and refused to pay full penalty amount which will go through legal channels. Hundreds of owners bought houses and apartments from Rooya Group still suffering from their delays which appears to be scams at some points.
Don’t recommend anyone to buy from Rooya Group Real Estate of Egypt at all otherwise be ready to claim your loss.
