I once held Roselee in high regard until I got to know her. Roselee is INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a client looking for service. I contacted Roselee before referring my client to her, believing that she was a good person. Roselee agreed to help the customer.
When she called, Roselee did not answer nor did she return the customer's call. When I checked with Roselee to ask what happened, she said she decided not to help after all, and didn't bother to let me know that she changed her mind randomly. She knew I'd highly referred her and she did not care.
Roselee admitted that this is the second time that she did something of this nature. Shame on me for not recognizing she was a total wreck the first time. Roselee is unprofessional and has no problem stiffing people, if it suits her. I would not recommend her to pick my dog's poop, let alone care for a client ever again. DEFINITELY, DO NOT GO TO HER OR ANY OF HER "STYLISTS" FOR SISTERLOCKS! Now, I have to go back to my client and tell her that I was wrong. Roselee is a f bum, and find someone else to help her.
