I ordered a GOOTATIC VoltGuard V95 Stun Torch – what they sent me was a complete joke. Nothing even close to what I ordered. The product does not look the same, does not have the same functions, not even the same packaging or size. What they sent me was a mini chargeable flashlight that turns on and can have a blinking affect.
I sent them a picture the day of the product with the shipping label and a picture from their website of what I ordered not even remotely close. Customer service just brushed me off and did not offer a full refund if I sent it back. They offered a 10% discount on a product that is worth $2 or less!
