I slipped and fell in a nursing home while visiting my aunt there. 

I reported it to the nursing home because that should be protocol. My cousin was with me and knew I had severe pain and disabled. She pushed me to report the fall. 
The head nurse took a note and looked confused. That was that. 

NEXT, a young girl came knocking on my door at my personal residence!  
The girl explained she wanted to help me.  I asked how they knew me and who called them?  I don't remember if I got an answer.  I thought someone at the nursing home was actually worried for me and sent help!  

After the girl left, I had to literally look up the Rotstein and Shiffman firm!  I never heard of them. Then I see nothing but bad reviews.  
I wasn't initiating a lawsuit nor did I call anyone so how is it they showed up? 

I was already disabled when I fell and hurt my hip. I need surgery yet I lost my so called lawsuit case. 

The attorney laughed at me after many years of no communication and said I lost!  When he laughed at me getting only $3000 to be paid out $1000 a year, I felt humiliated and taken advantage of. 

Since I've suffered 35 years with Crohn's disease already, I did not need a knife in the back. 

The sweetest revenge will be served in court on a cold platter. Perjury has no statue of limitations and a judge is most likely to hear a massive class action suit from all of Ritstein and Shitmans clients. 
If you have had these kooks disrupt your life, file with Volusia County Court system. They are helping collect signatures.
