Royalzi Trends Refused to refund my money California

I ordered the "indestructible pants" on June 6. The site said shipping was 3 to 5 business days. I contacted them on June 11th, and the item had not shipped. I never heard from them again. I contacted them today (June 27th) and they state they are experiencing shipping delays. I ask for a refund. She refused and said she was not allowed to offer it. I demanded a refund or I would contact the BBB.

She said she had to speak to her supervisor and put me on hold, came back and said she could offer me 25% off other merchandise I could purchase. I let her know I was not interested in purchasing any more merchandise that I wound NEVER receive and demanded a full refund or I would contact my attorned and sue. She put me on hold again and finally refunded my full amount of $179.00.
