RPM Clarity; John and Janis Shriver are criminals and am writing this for the world to see to prevent others from making the mistake I made in trusting them with my portfolio.
I hired John and Janis Shriver to manage my 7 properties 6 months ago and as of February 2019 I had to FIRE THEM and press charges for fraud and grand larceny.
To be sure, they started this NEW PM franchise business a year ago, and I was there first customer. 6 months later I am filing a criminal complaint for over $25,000 in repairs that were Fraudulently conveyed as needed and another $5000 in marked up invoices that were fraudulently produced to increase there revenue. I hope they go to jail and that nobody is subject to their unfair, deceptive, adverse and abusive practices.
Stay away from RPM Claridy in Perrysburg, OHIO. They are CROOKS.
