I recently received a call from Courtney Z. Shelor from a company named Ruby Recruiting. She said she had several positions in the Bay Area that she wanted to discuss with me. First of all, I am tired of those recruiting calls where the recruiter hardly speaks english. However, Courtney spoke perfect english which led me to believe she was within the USA.
After a short discussion, she requested sending me a questionairre to get me in the system and she would arrange phone interviews with the client. Well, do not waste your time. There are no jobs. She is just collecting information and you will never hear from her again.
If you look at the website you will see it's just like those foreign recruiters that do similar scams.
Do not waste your time with this one.
