You suck! I called your store on Sunday in Bonita Springs because The website was low on vermiculite and wanted to make sure they had enough in stock before I made a 150 mile journey to and from the Bonita Springs store. I called the store and gave the woman the product NAME AND NUMBER to look up. She said they had some on the shelves. I asked her to verify with her own eyes that they had a good supply. She came back on the phone and told me they also had a pallet full in the back. I told her that I was going to drive a long way to come pick this up and she assured me she personally checked to make sure it was there. After all I did give her the product number so there can be absolutely no mistaken they had it.   So today, a day later I drive the hour+ 75 miles to the store and see one bag on the shelf that had tape across the bag and it was missing product. I ask the man to get me a lot of bags from the backroom where they had a pallet of it. He came back and said they did not have any and that the person I talked to on the phone made a mistake. Mistake? That is impossible. I gave her the name of the product, the product number and she checked with her own eyes to make sure they had it. Now I am out $25 in gas, wear and tear on my car, 2.5 hours of my day all because they either lied to me or just told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I have never in my life had a bad experience like this when I did everything in my power to ensure my trip would not be wasted. I tried calling corporate because I know this is a family owned business and wanted to speak with the owners directly about this but there was almost 100 people in the phone que and I am not going to waste another 2 hours on hold with this god aweful company.
