Rushmore Servicing, Jared Kops Brutally cruel service, malfeasance. Internet

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Rushmore Servicing, which is currently listed with an F rating by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). As a customer, I have experienced multiple issues with their services, which I believe are reflective of the company's overall lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is alarming to see that Rushmore Servicing holds such a low rating on the BBB, which, in my experience, is entirely warranted. The company’s customer service is abysmal, and I have encountered repeated delays, unresponsive support, and incorrect billing practices. These issues have caused undue stress and financial inconvenience, with little to no resolution in sight. Additionally, the company’s lack of transparency in communication only further exacerbates the problem.

It is clear that Rushmore Servicing is failing its customers, and it is unacceptable for a company to operate in such a manner without addressing these critical concerns. It is especially frustrating knowing that their poor service is officially recognized by a trusted third party like the BBB, and yet there seems to be little effort on their part to improve.

I would also like to formally address Jared Kops, Senior VP of Business Development at Mr. Cooper. As a senior executive overseeing business operations, Mr. Kops is undoubtedly aware of the significant customer dissatisfaction that surrounds Rushmore Servicing. It is concerning that, under his leadership, the company has allowed its reputation to decline to such an extent. I would also like to address a record of arrest for being drunk in public and character flaws of this person, a former Frat boy, would you trust this person to handle such affairs pertaining to your well being and money after knowing that?

It is critical for senior leadership to take accountability and lead by example when it comes to ensuring high-quality service for customers. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be the case with Mr. Kops at the helm. His apparent disregard for the quality of customer experience and failure to address the systemic issues at Rushmore Servicing have contributed to the company’s ongoing downfall in terms of both customer satisfaction and reputation.

As a consumer, I expect better from a company of this stature and hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and prompt both immediate corrective action from Rushmore Servicing and a review of the leadership practices under Mr. Kops.
