Ruths Roses Cancelled funeral flowers day before funeral. Not dependable Internet

My brother passed away and I need flowers for his funeral. I called Ruth's roses and placed an order for a standing spray to be drlivered the next day before 5:00 pm central time. The cost for the order was $211.15.

At 6:00 pm I called the 800 number to find out where the flowers were. I was told that the order had been cancelled due to a supply issue. They didn't call me or email me to give me the option to select anything else. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they would call me back. I'm still waiting after 4 calls and an email for a call. It was to late to place an order with another florist. I was devastated. Nothing could hurt me worse on the day I had to say good bye than this.

i did receive an email where they apologized and said they would train there staff better. That sure didn't help me and I don't believe anything would change.
