Ryan George Fair is claiming he has schizophrenia and a host of other disorders when in he is only mentally challenged / mentally retarded. There are many options for homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Maryland, including State Supported Living Centers (SSLCs), He has been expelled from 3 alternative schools for abusing others in the schools and he was also expelled from his last school The Forbush School for the Mentally Challenged/ Mentally Retarded. This is a home for the profoundly mentally comprimised and they are taken well care of their by the team.
Right now Ryan George Fair is luring people off the Grindr LGBTQ dating site under false pretenses. His Grindr user name is Ryan Winning. Other's on that site need to be made aware of him and his false pretenses and I am hoping rip off report will help. He lures them to his father's house. He lies to them and uses them and says he will send them money and never does and he personality switch's on them once they are in his lair and they are terrified of his behavior and describe it as psychopath behavior. It is now my opinion that he is not only a narcissist but he is a psychopath. So it's about deceit and money in my opinion.
Ryan is 34 years old now never leaving home and is homebound. He uses this site to slander other people he is very deceitful and false person. He engages frequently online mocking others with racism and Hate and Envy. He is a very racist person making mocking videos of the black community especially. He claims all the while it is not racist but it is very racist to mock them.
He plays the victim but he want leave other people alone. He abuses them for attention just like he is doing to the LGBTQ community on the Grindr app.
Many people online are afraid of Ryan George Fair and fear him, I do not. But many many people online especially in the youtube community fear him and are afraid of him. He is NOT liked in the youtube community at all.
As I said he is not only a narcissist but a real psychopath now. He fits the text book definition of a true psychopath and people can see it and know it now.
He virtue signals allot and plays the victim allot when in fact he is the instigator and a cunning predator.

Ryan George Fair faked Schizophrenia and other mental illness than to let it be know that he is simply Mentally Retarded. This is a 34 year old mentally retarded man that has never lived on his own and lives in a bedroom in his fathers home that he keeps filthy. Courtney Lynn King and Alex Griffith are two normal people that have wonderful lives that drive and are out in the real community and are NOT mentally retarded like Ryan George Fair who has been in 3 alternative schools and expelled from all of them for behavioral issues. The last one being the Forbush school for the mentally disabled mentally retarded. He has never been in a normal public school only these alt schools for the mentally retarded. Alex Griffith never stole anything. Alex Griffith is being slandered on here by this mentally retarded homebound psychopath and so is Courtney Lyn King. Both these people have done nothing wrong and stole nothing. Ryan is once again fabricating lies and deceit about innocent people he has come into contact with. Also they never brought bed bugs into his house. That is a total lie. What is the truth is Ryan George Fair Wallow's in filth in that bedroom with his rabbit peeing on his bed and fly's and maggot's in his bed and just utter filth and you know his filthy bedroom stinks really badly. Ryan has been setting in that filthy bedroom of his for years rotting in that filthy bedroom for years. NOW RYAN GEORGE FAIR is on the LGBTQ dating site for quick hook ups called GRINDR and his user name is Ryan Winning on this hook up site. He has been inviting men over to his fathers house while his father is at work and stalking the GRINDR site for hook ups. He says he has had several boys come over to his fathers house from the site. One young man said he got him there and went crazy and dangerous on him and started yelling and screaming and getting physically violent. He indicated that Ryan Winning Ryan George Fair was a Psychopath and a dangerous one. The police were at Ryan's house last month when he stole his fathers suv and took it for a joy ride. Ryan is so mentally disabled he is not allowed to drive a car.

Allot of Mentally Retarded People like Ryan George Fair live happy productive lives however he does not wish to do so and lied to the doctors and social security administration that he was hearing voices and and things like that so he could be labeled a schizophrenic so he could collect Social Security benefits. He is just a mentally retarded man and there nothing rare about them their or over 8 million men and women at this time in the United States that are mentally retarded like Ryan George Fair.
