Devereaux Properties Ryan Joseph Maider lied nonstop, stolen, harassed, and continued to stalk me after moving out Webster FL

I was very happy to find a cute country home rented by Ryan Joseph Maider of  1007 W Mohawk Ave Tampa, Florida. Soon he offered me $50/month to do the landscaping for my house And the red one he owns next door (INVESTORS NOTE- Both the red and the green houses get massive flooding where the home can not be accessed for three weeks at a time multiple times a year). Not only did he not pay me for the work, but he refused to help with any hurricane clean up. I had to purchase a pump and I alone removed the flood waters from both properties because they are dangerous near adjacent and the dip in the land that holds all the water ties the flood waters of both properties together. I highly doubt he is disclosing this to potential buyers because all he has ever done is lie to me. He did not disclose that the property is in the green swamp flood zone. Twice last year my children and I had to make a mile through alligators to get to the house for THREE WEEKS each time. After the water receded, we had to walk through thick mud and swamp for a mile with groceries that were impossible to carry so far for another 3 weeks. In total, the property was completely inaccessible to us other than kayak or walking a mile for 6 weeks out of the year. This is extremely difficult. Ryan was no where to be found and he did nothing to fix the property or clean it. 

Investors should be advised that BLACK MOLD is in the house. This was verified by a FEMA inspector. Ryan refused to respond to all communications about it. He did decide to sell the two houses as many neighbors also moved and whatnot after last years horrific hurricane season. Understandable. However, he did it in a nasty way. I was pregnant. I was in constant communication about the cleaning, moving, etc progress. I had a miscarriage during the move and was sick for a couple days. Even though I told him this, he was showing up at my door in a confrontation manner, tried to break in (my daughter watched him from the car because he didn't see her in there and he thought we were not home).  Then he asked me to send pics of the cleaning, which I did. I went to the store for more cleaning supplies. When I got home, he had a drunk white trash thug in my driveway. This man he sent said he was the previous tenet and Ryan told him to go over and lock me out. This violates the law. Landlords are not supposed to conduct lockout like that. I told him my groceries were still in the fridge. He said "oh you sent me pics as a final move out so I locked it" then denied he did that. This guy he sent over stole my valuables. I told Ryan to please ask him to return my possessions, never happened. I had possessions outside and he rushed to have some ghetto hood rats come steal that too. We had to confront them and make them unload everything. I had much bigger things on my mind so I decided to take the high road and move on.

I know I have a sharp tounge. I guess I hurt his fragile ego because it still wasn't enough. Ryan kept harassing me about signing a lease termination paper as if I owed him something after he treated me this way. He had been texting me mean drunk texts at almost 9 pm for a week before I moved out anyway. He was making everything unnecessarily aggressive and starting trouble in every way he could. I just wanted this nasty sick man out of my life so I just focused on starting a new life with my fiance. 

Wasn't enough for Ryan though. When he sees me in the neighborhood, he gets behind me with his big truck (I have a small Honda CRV) and stays 2 inch from my bumper trying to intimidate me and run me off the road here. This man has some very serious issues. 

He kicked both me and the other ladies in the red house out because he wants out of this investment because of the flood. NO INVESTOR or family should ever be in this house because a sink hole opened up in the back yard after I moved out. It swallowed the water softener and we'll materials (sorry I'm a girly girl and don't know the names of these components). The water is so atrocious you will not be able to use it if you are blonde. Both my son and I had our hair turn red. I had to shower at planet fitness for the year I lived there. The water is not suitable for drinking. It is a deep red orange color. When we first moved in, the water system was not working at all and I started the move out process with him until he fixed it. But, Ryan's fixes are cheap and crummy. The floors are peeling up because he uses cheap materials. The flooring doesn't even meet up to the wall in some places. It feels like the hallway floor is about to give out and fall through. We were never able to use the water. The place was also infested with cockroaches so I lost almost everything.

Ryan is a dark and deceptive person. This property was a huge mistake for him as it would be for anyone. He is trying to dump them on someone else now. Anyone who moves there is putting a lot headache and risk into their life. Just because he patched up the beginning of a sink hole does not mean it isn't there. Anyone looking at this property needs to Google how sinkholes work and you will know that your entire family could die in a flash at his properties unless that issue alone is thourally investigated and remedied. Not to mention the black mold. My daughter is still sick. It takes months to get it out of your system. His vents are full of it. Good luck. Be careful.
