Ryan Pinkston and Suite Spots (Ramon Qiu) Ryan Pinkston Drug Dealer and Suite Spots - Bad Management Pacifica California

This a dual complaint. The first part is a about Ryan Pinkston. Both of us were forced to roommate with him from another property. We complained when we were at Daly City property at 52 Alexander. Ryan was doing heavy drugs (cocaine) in the shared bathroom. This house was like a rooming house and we rented a room.

Ryan was renting a bunk bed out of a room. His room mates complained of him stealing their clothes. Also Ryan would be in the bathroom for hours at a time running the shower or water in the sink. I witnessed him drinking other housemates beer in the refrigerator without asking. Ryan would not respect our space and would talk loud in the middle of the night in public areas.

I reported his behavior to Ramon Qiu several times. Ramon said he would investigate, but all he did was placate us. No remedy was made. We had to move from this house because Suite Spots was losing the house on Alexander because of too many complaints about Ryan and others at the house. (he wasnt the only one doing drugs on the premises) We had to move to the house in Pacifica.

We signed a sub-lease to move to the house on Magellan and without being told in advance, Ryan transferred to the same house. (we were so upset about this). We had problems with Ryan right from the start. Ryan was bringing people over to the house late at night. He would make sure the porch light was out so the camera wouldnt pick up his drug activities.

I reported the drug activity to Ramon Qiu regularly. But he didnt really want to do anything about it. Ramon got tired of my complaints, so he gave us a 30 day notice to move. I had to obtain a lawyer to intervene. In that same process, while we paid our rent, Ryan did not. So, during the last month we were there, he was served papers for non payment of rent and he abandoned his room.

There was a house cleaner for suite spots, David Hu, and he showed me the condition of the room when he was cleaning it. Ryan left a sizeable amount of cocaine/meth as well as trash and debris. His room was a hot mess.

As far as the second part of my complaint, Ramon Qiu and Suite Spots. This by far was the absolute worst rental we've ever had. Ramon was renting to anyone with a pulse without checking backgrounds. He was only interested in the rent and not keeping the units and or shared spaced clean regularly. We complained too much to him about previous guests renting rooms for short stays.

In the end, we did call the police on Ryan, but they said they had to investigate, but in the meantime, we needed to move. we moved twice because of Ryan and that cost us money. Ramon did not care about us or our living situation. We were paying $1250 for a room, living in a bad situation. Ramon's disregard for our wellbeing led us to having to find another place to live which in the end, we left the state. 

I recommend that you do not rent from Suite Spots or any company Ramon Qiu is working with and definately, if you find yourself being a housemate of Ryan Pinkston, move out as fast as you can.
