I have one double door refrigerator Model No:GR-T502XV. Recently I had a problem of water coming out of the fridge. So I booked a complaint on your website: https://customercare-helpcentre.com/contact.php

Priyanka (MobileNos: +918080804058).has called me to confirm technician visit and informed me labour charges will be Rs.350/-
Yesterday Mr.Raju( Mobile No: +918082731944) their technician has visited my home.
When I asked him if he was from LG, he said yes.
The technician told me that the defrost timer needs to be replaced. After replacing the same he tells me the cost of the same is Rs.3250/-. Attached is the service charge Invoice. I paid the amount but found the cost of part too high. I checked on Amazon and the same part is available for Rs.550/-. I have also re-confirmed with LG head office. The cost of part is Rs.450 approximately. This has been confirmed by Mr.Shakeel from Delhi office.
This is cheating on their part. Attached are photos of my defective timer as well as link to the one available on Amazon. Amazon link:
I have asked them to return the extra amount of Rs.2800/- that they have wrongly charged.
