I received a message on my MT4/5 trading app from a guy named Hugo. I am a new trader and I assumed the chats would be controlled by people that were legitimate. He sold me on a software program that was supposed to give you indicators for the market mostly for scalping. Well, I could not find a lot online about them and Hugo said their comments were on their page and could not be erased so they are legitimate comments and that there is a 100% money back guarantee. The site has it so you can pay via cash app and skill and wire transfer but if you pay via PayPal the software is $100 usd more.

I sent them the cash app transaction. As I waited to find out how I am going to get it in my possession I am trying to download Metatrader 4 and 5 to my Apple computer. In this time I realized I would not be able to download MT4:5 because the system requires windows. Instantly asked for a refund they sent me 2 emails before they sent me the software. Then they said they would not refund my mo yet because not being able to download the software is a personal issue and they will not refund for that reason. I fought with them all night. I ended up filing a complaint with the CTFC and DailyForex and looking for every single way to file complaints till they are shut down and charged with FRAUD
