This moving broker has mislead us in multiple ways.
They mislead us on the initial estimated cost, the pick-up estimated cost, and the delivery date. When we have tried calling, they report they have no update on where our things are or when we will be on the schedule.
Only after they have all of our belongings in their "storage", they tell us that when they deliver they will charge $50 for any addtional 7 steps they have to walk up. It is also an addtional $50 for every 75ft they have to walk when they deliver. They also told us, after obtaining our belongings, that if the truck cannot make it up our driveway to our home, they charge an outrageous fee. They suggested that we could get a Uhaul and meet them in town to transfer our household items...
If Osama Bin Laden were still alive and he wanted to move from his Pakistani hideout to the big city of Karachi, I would not reccomend Safe Ship Moving to him.
