It takes them an hour to say a two sentence wording to transfer power from one location to another and they have the nerve to rob people for $150 to just turn the meter on take and a picture of the freaking reading and turn it on for the new customer (and have the nerve to charge $150) like the Communist State of California. They rob people; there's no reason to charge $150 and I pay my bill with credit card to make sure that they don't say I didn't pay my Bill because they're known for that also you will pay your electric Bill (3) times before they put it through... welcome to the Communist corrupt States of America. My name is Susan Rice and I am tired of the corruption that is throughout the United States of America you and do not have these problems in Russia and you do not have these problems in Mexico or Canada only New Mexico and Arizona commit criminal actions and charge people for absolutely nothing. This way you pay money for absolutely nothing so they can give the illegal immigrants everything for free.

It's a Deposit not a Charge

The $150 is their standard deposit. You get this money back after a period of time or when you close out your account....AND your account is in good standing.
Based on their ratings since you were only charged the standard amount they considered you to have average credit, not horrible which would have required a higher deposit. The amount is pretty standard.
