AVOID THESE THIEVES

I took my pet there for emergency services reccomended by my VET. First of all they move rather slowly even though they are over staffed. They handed me an estimate of services with a "low" and "high" dollar amount with a bottom line of "deposit required" of $0.00.

I signed it and was told to leave and they would call to come back and pick up my pet. Before I could leave another agent stopped me and demanded the low estimate to be paid before they would start ANY TREATMENT.

Meaning all this time spent they had done NOTHING. Their only concern was how much money they could get out of you. I pointed out the payment would be made when I came back with a check to pick up my pet and your statement shows no deposit required.

She said, here let me make you a new one and we need over $1800 before you can leave. I was then approached by another agent who took us into a room and demanded the deposit. I advised him that I am sorry, but I don't have any credit card with me and I already told you that I will be paying be check upon return to pick up my pet.

He accepted that, driving home not even ten minutes later, this same agent calls me on the phone ORDERING me to click on a link in an email he is going to send me and enter my credit card number. I advised him that a check will be the form of payment when I pick up my pet.

When they called to pick up my pet, we were met with Allegra Sullivan and all they did was 1) Xray 2) Cathider and a prescription of anti biotics. The bill is no over $1450!
