I got scammed by Salman Jeff Somani or two instances. I was approched for a real estate devlopement business proposal. He owned the land and wanted to build strip center on the land, but he needed partenrs to fund the devepoment. WE agreed on a deal and i was giving payments for developement and apertnership in the upcoming business. He stole the payments, and refused to pay back. lawsuits ddint help either. this guy is a KNOWN SCAMMER IN SAN ANTONIO. Consider this a PSA do not do any business with JEFF SOMANI.
These days he runs lending company. He does the same tactics he had been using for years. ON the premise of loan he will ask you for some money or extra payments on the side to get approved and then never answer you phone calls.
He also does BUSINESS SCAMS. LEASING SCAMS and many more. He made his MONEY by stealing and ripping off people.
