Salvation Army Hollywood Jowanda Carter CES Center LAHSA Salvation Army CES center for LAHSA something's not right about these people.... Los Angeles California

I was given the information for Salvation Army CES to go and get help with housing. I was referred to a woman by the name of Jowanda Carter. She kept leading me on telling me that I would be moved into the Tiny Homes within 4 days. I was on the streets, and had no where to go. It was dangerous for me to survive. Ms. Carter kept telling me that she would get back to me the next day, and she never would. This agency is like 211 Los Angeles, they never have funds issued from HUD and FEMA. Where's the money going?

Why are there so many homeless, and demented people living on the streets of Los Angeles? Last year I remember reading about the agency PATH, and how an investigation uncovered misappropriation of funds from FEMA. They were giving the money to friends and family.

I don't know if RipOffReport will publish this observation I have made about Los Angeles, but I will put it mildly as I can: I've noticed most of the people employed by LAHSA, PATH, 211 Los Angeles are African American. Most of the staff in the shelters of Skid Row, Midnight Mission, etc are African American. These people have FEMA and HUD funds locked up, and are using it for friends and family. Outsiders will NEVER receive help.

Please don't come to California, especially Los Angeles County.
