Same Day Overhead Garage Door Repair Three weeks ago I called the company and they immediately charged my debit card 229.00 to do the repair. I had no problem with this until they never came back after the initial inspection. They claim to be Veteran owned. Shameful conduct if that is true. Kingston PA

Three weeks ago, I called the company to reapair a broken cable on my garage door.  They IMMEDIATELY charged my debit card 229.00 to do the repair.  I had no problem at the time because I believed they were fixing it that day..or within a few days.  They never went back after the initial inspection.  They claimed the needed an additional wire/cable for the lock and when I called over the past 3 weeks, they said they would call me back..contact my tenant....they had me on the schedule...and nothing got done.

I have dealt with two men at this company.  One promises to contact the technician who will be calling me (never happens) the other is extrememy RUDE to the point of just haning up.  He did admit that the delays were "his fault" but that is as far as it goes.  I don't need excuses.  I need my garage door repaired.  As of now, they have 229.00 of my money for NOTHING.  I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. 

If I want to make a donation, it will be the ASPCA, not some company that claims to be Veteran Owned and conducts themself in such a terrible, unprofessional way.  As far as I am concerned, I have been robbed and want my money back.
