I placed an order with 2 day delivery and the package was never delivered. I filed a report with USPS as did they. USPS told them it was delivered so they wouldnt refund or send a product.

The problem is we have a doorman and cameras showing it was never delivered. I explained this to SDS and they said sorry your out your money we believe USPS.

Thats the diffrence between a great company who would just resend the product to make the customer happy and a company that doesnt care about their customers and only profits!

Shame on Same Day Suppliments for not refunding or sending me another item!
