SANE SOLUTIONS, Jonathan Bailor RE: SANE Solutions LUMINAE now cost $47.00 + shipping for 15 Capsules! - Bellevue WA

I recently puchase one bottle of Luminae from SANE Solutions - of which I had purchased 4 bottles in July 2023.  I paid $47.00 plus shipping for this one bottle. 

I expected to receive a bottle of capsules similar to the ones I received in July 2023.  However, instead of 25/30 Capsules in the bottle, there were ONLY 15! 

I phoned customer service to inquire WHERE was the remainder of my pruchase; "Mickey" CSR, said that "15 Capsules is the maximum SANE puts in a bottle now." 

I told her I wanted to cancel my order, and I proceeded.  I was so upset for having to spend over an hour of my time online ordering that Product and then having to spend another 45 minutes on the phone to cancel the purchase. 

In July 2023, when I had received my proper order with the proper count of capsules in each bottle, I would have rated this company 5 Stars.  Now, after learning of the change in cost of Product AFTER the fact, I do not think highly of the company at all.  Mr. Bailor should rethink his decision.

I am 77 years old, and the older I get, the more precious is every minute of my LIFE!  How am I going to be compensated for the time I wasted on SANE Solutions???
