Santec, Inc. Customer service is horrible. Paid thousands of dollars for "premium" hardware fixtures. Cheap plastic parts and poor design make this hardware almost impossible to work on and/or repair. To make things worse, I have been trying to get parts from the company for over a year. Multiple phone calls and emails yield no response. Finally agreed to send me a replacement set, then 2 weeks later emailed me that it's been discontinued (I found the set at multiple locations on line). This company and their products are strictly second rate. DO NOT ORDER THIS EXPENSIVE TRASH. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOUR PLUMBER WILL PULL HIS HAIR OUT INSTALLING OR REPAIRING IT. Torrance CA

They said send it in and we'll repair - are you kidding me! Remove my hardware and ship it 3000 miles hoping they receive it and return it! I've asked for parts  for months so I can my plumber can repair it with no response.

Thin Plastic parts on edge of handheld faucets easily break. Bypass valves on tub fixtures leak through the faucet and the handheld. Valve kits are so flimsy they wear out in less than a year and the single lever handle on the lavatory faucets are so loose they almost won't stay on - the weight of the lever shuts the water off. My plumber noted that the design of the mechanism is so poor it's almost impossible to repair.

With Santec products you pay out the nose and you receive an inferior product and customer service so poor it's amazing they are still in business. I rarely take the time to report negative feedback, but I wish I had read/researched more on Santec before I spent over $10000 on Santec plumbing fixtures.
