Sapphire physical therapy Now Sandstone estate physical therapy medical records will not release my medical information to the patient; Refused to release my friends medical information when my friend was treated at this establishment, East Tucson Arizona

My friend has called this establishment to get his medical records from a serious work-related injury that he had back in June 23rd 2021 and he was there until July 18th 2021 and he needs his medical information for his lawyers to review and the workers' compensation bureau and judge to review at the workers compensation hearing.

This establishment for the past 6 months refuse to return the man's phone calls that he is requesting his medical information and he called them yet again today July 13th Wednesday at 3:22 p.m. and the call lasted 4 -minutes and 32 seconds  and they give him the same line there is nobody at the medical records department to take your call?

21 -times he has been through this calling the physical therapy place where he was treated after his surgery and they gave him the same old line: can I have your name phone number and email address and somebody will call you back later on today or early tomorrow morning? and which Nobody ever calls him back for his medical information.

I told him he needs to tell the workers compensation judge that he needs to subpoena this establishment because they do not follow typical protocol on giving a patient the medical records upon request. I believe they do not have anybody at the medical records department so they can save a salary and make more profit and they just blowing him off, and they do not even write down his name phone number and email address down?

They just listen to him and hang up the phone because in the past 6 months they have not returned one of his phone calls. I told him just to have the workers compensation Court subpoena them to court because they are being irresponsible by not retrieving his medical information and mailing it to him like they should.

His surgical place Canyon Vista medical center in Sierra Vista gave all of his medical information to him the same day. At least Canyon Vista medical center did the right thing because a patient has the rights to his medical records, but he's been trying to get it from former Sapphire physical therapy for 6 months which is now: Sandstone estates located at 2040 N Wilmot Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712.

Any lawyers reviewing this need to get in touch with this man he needs help because the system is jerking him off trying to get it so he just gives up and he's got millions of dollars worth of medical bills and is damaged for the rest of his life because of a job injury and Arizona is doing nothing to help this man his personal email address I will give to you when you write a response on this post.

1-year and 3 months, and he applied for workers compensation through Phoenix Arizona workers compensation bureau trying to get workers compensation which he filed for approved and he has No income and he has No way of paying these medical Bills and in any other state within 2- weeks you get your first workers compensation check for your expenses at home and your medical Bills are covered and Arizona has done nothing to help this man who's been seriously injured.

So in Arizona when you get hurt at the job you are going to have millions of dollars worth of medical Bills (because nobody wants to take responsibility) to pay for a work-related accident caused by a job not following the OSHA guidelines and places people into a known dangerous places to work without any prior warning. This makes it clear as day to me I would never move to Arizona with my family.
