With the current corona virus scare spreading around the world, and the public going crazy buying up all the toilet paper, hand sanitizer and mask supplies in Australia, Saron Lach (also goes by surname Phouthavong) who works as an admin officer for the Western Sydney Local Health District in Sydney, Australia, has been stealing hospital toilet rolls, hand sanitisers, and masks from various wards, and selling it to people on Gumtree, Facebook and amongst her friends. She has stolen over 10,000 dollars worth of hospital accessories and supplies.
If you come across her trying to sell any of this face-to-face, on Gumtree or Facebook, please do not buy anything from her as she has stolen it from the hospital she works at. She is taking advantage of the sick and less fortunate, and stealing materials that our healthcare workers need. Please do not condone this behaviour by being a customer.
I have reported to hospital management, but because of hospital bureaucracy, and Saron currently being on maternity leave, they have only given her an official warning.

Both Saron and her husband Phoenix are poorly educated. It perhaps isn't a surprise they commit petty crimes like this. Their kids will probably turn out the same as well too. They're the ones I feel sorry for.

I rented a retail premise from Saron in the Canley Vale region a while back, she use to work as a real estate agent. Upon the lease ending I chose not to renew it, and she told me I needed to have it professionally cleaned so I could get my bond back, despite me and my business partner cleaning it spotless ourselves.
We end up agreeing to it, and find out after receiving the bill, the company Saron hired to clean the premise was her own! Lach Cleaning Services is was called. Once a dodgy real estate agent, always a dodgy real estate agent.
