Employed as a 1099 contract employee from June 2021 until refusal to pay for services rendered per contract for March 2022. Ongoing issues with supervisor in regards to getting the stores assigned accessable and product arriving more than 60 days AFTER due date.
No communication with supervisor between Sept. 2021 and simply refused to pay for March 2022, and then canceling access to the work program online with no communication. Simply wasn't allowed to perform duties for April and not paid for March. Never even informed terminated.

Subject: Re: Proof of Stores Completed March 2022 Really not nice to lie like that. You know perfectly well those stores were done and done well and every month. And yes, I have all the photos as proof as well as the travel logs recorded by Google.
I am entitled to be paid for March and not paying me for work performed is illegal. If you prefer to start a lot of government intervention to steal a lousy $360 from me that us up to you. It is a principal that no company should cheat an employee and thus I will pursue this matter.
You have insulted my integrity with this lie and now compounded it more lies. You should have been thanking me for a job well done not cheating me and insulting me. I'm going to hope that SAV has more honest and honorable people in the main office, and that they'll do the right thing and pay what is owed for work completed. I am disappointed in you personally for these lies. Insulted and frustrated,

In addition to all the photos and orders placed for March, I am including the Google Timeline Records for the three days in which all the stores I was assigned were completed for March 2022. With this proof, I should immediately be paid for the work completed. There really was no justification for termination with the most excellent work done from June 2021 through March 2022. Any questions, you may reach me at XXX-XXX-XXXX at anytime. ME

Cc: CORPARATE SUPERVISOR And I don't answer calls or texts or emails for 6 months? Sept 2021 through March 2022?y full time job had zero problems. Come on. That lie is completely unbelievable by anyone with any sense. And since there wasn't any mistakes all those months, again unbelievable by anyone with any sense.
If the extra stock is the Dec 2021 orders that didn't come in till after the stores were done in Feb so carried over to March is certainly NOT my fault and would have been added to the empty spots as possible just as the April 2021 orders were added in August 2021. And how do account for ALL the photos every store every month after they were done? All different each month that YOU verified? I deserve and you are legally and morally obligated to pay me for my work in March 2022 since all the stores were completed. This is true even if you falsely claim they were done incorrectly.

Subject: RE: Restating the lie
Restating the lies doesn't change them from lies. The job was done well since the beginning even if YOU provided zero training and leaving it up to me to figure out what needed to be done and how. I was still finding April 2021 overstock in August 2021 and receiving Dec 2021 orders in February after the stores were done.
Perhaps you don't want corporate questioning your lack of supervision, lack of getting the stores on to the monthly schedule (Acme Store One several months for instance), lack of product arriving on time with delays by months, lack of getting supplies such as pegs requested and inventory sheets (which nearly all were outdated with incorrect inventory listed and in wrong locations from day one)? I've had bad bosses before such as you and I worked around them to get the job done well, EXACTLY what I did for SAV.
I wasn't going to call you out on your horrible work for which I'd had to have let you go if I was your supervisor as it didn't effect my ability to achieve a great monthly job completed outcome. But since you've decided to lie and compound the lies, insult my integrity and my work ethic, and cheat me for work completed, let the real truth be told. My work was exemplary while yours was sorely lacking.
This is why I worked nearly a year without any supervision, never even meeting you once, and cleaning up the mess left for me by whoever didn't do the job right before me and continuing to work to over come a total lack of supervision and months late deliveries and missing stores on the monthly list. BTW, do you have any idea that you didn't even speak to me once since September 2021.
Obviously the job was being done fantastically through March. You never even bothered to dismiss me, just took the stores of April's list and then locked me off the sight. HONESTY, INTEGRITY, WORK ETHIC
