Savant Autoworks Wayngel Tosh Lacap Charged Me $8,519.48, Never Delivered Order and Provided Fake Receipt for Refund Los Alamitos California

I ordered the following parts from this business and i was charged a total of $8,519.48, this charge shows on my account on 12/02/2024 ( i ordered the on 11/29/2024).I ordered the following parts for my 25000 RAM TRUCK

I was told the parts were going to arrive in 2 weeks, but the parts did not arrive. On 12/30/2024 over a month after I placed the order I requested my refund over the phone and I was told someone was going to call me. On January 02 2024 (34 days after placing the order)  I called the business again to 714-719-6410  to request my refund to which the business representative agreed to and said I was going to receive my refund soon. I kept contacting the business as i did not received my refund. I was able to communicate with Business  owner by the name of Wayngel Tosh Lacap and he said  he was going to refund the full amount and  i was going to receive the full refund in less than 5 days after the day we spoke on 02/06/2025 and he provided me with a phone number i could call him as it was a cell phone 562-644-8852

I was told the full refund was going to appear soon on my account and I asked the business for a receipt. The owner send me a receipt stating he has already refunded the amount and to wait 3 more days for the money to appear on the account, I received a receipt from the business owner as proof that he had supposedly refunded on 12/07/2025 at 2:28 pm , Such receipt of owner refunded me my payment was a fake receipt  that the business owner made up to keep scamming me.I want this business to refund me the full amount of $8,519.48 as no  service was completed and no product was received and this business have kept my money for  79 days and owner keeps lying to me
