Save N Vacations marketer for Tafer Hotels & Resorts Mispresented voucher by concealing and failing to disclose extra charges, agreed to refund purchase price and stalled until 60 day window to dispute a charge on credit cards had expired, then ignored me, failed to respond to calls and emails. This company, Save N Vacations is a fraud and a scam.  They sell "heavily discounted" vouchers to stay at Mexican Resorts.  The purchase price, however, is only the beginning.  I paid $199 for a 5 day, 4 night voucher.  After buying the voucher, I called the resort and found out supplemental charges (resort fee, internet fee, child fees, etc.)  would boost the price from $199 to almost $1,200, an actual price of 6 times the stated price. 

When I complained, they agreed in writing to refund my purchase price, but delayed doing so until the 60 day complaint window on credit cards expired.  After the 60-day expiration period, they stopped taking my calls, and did not respond to repeated emails.  I have not tried to use the voucher, but have read other complaints against this company that the vouchers are effectively unusable, as no "open period" is available when you call to book a vacation.  TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM!!!!!!
