Weekly practices? Nope. 3 months = 1 practice. And the one practice needed to be relocated (by parents) when Itasca Park District told the boys they did not have fields rented that afternoon.

Roster construction. 7 actual 13U players + revolving door of 12U players "to help." But the 12U players play in place of 13U players "they're helping." Some free advice: Next time BE HONEST (that is hard for you), let the families know you did not have enough players tryout--instead of creating fake players in order to keep checks coming.

Russ Gangler cancelled games never to reschedule.

Russ Gangler sought out the cheapest, mediocre (generous) tournaments.

RAPSODO.…..Yeah, that mandatory $200.00 fundraiser (per kid). That WEEKLY Rapsodo training that did not happen. Rapsodo memberships. More lies. Outside programs used Rapsodo more than 13U. Makes sense since apparently it is Russ Gangler's brother's team. Shockingly, Rapsodo's batteries were ALWAYS dead when 13U was around.

Lucikily, we did not finish this season. We left. My son's happiness is more important than thousands of dollars we lost/paid. Others did the same. All but two families (from 12U National, 12U American, and 13U) have left. Unsurprisingly, the other two are quite close with Russ.
