Do not make the mistake of working with Scott Markus. Scott Markus from NetworkISA is a liar and a thief.

We hired him as a production manager based on his imdb credits and standing at Network ISA. We thought he would be a man of integrity. We were wrong. Scott Markus is a liar and a thief. He's a two faced phony.

First, he mismanaged almost every facet of production. We went so far over schedule and over budget, we had to scale back coverage on virtually every set and forego shooting some scenes altogether. He's incompetent.

Then when it came time to return equipment, he decided to drive the cube to both rental houses and low and behold our truck was broken into that night. We lost a $60,000 camera and another 40k worth of lighting, lenses, and grip equipment. When confronted about it, his response was, "what? at least you're insured." Really?

Because of this idiot, i had to waste a week doing paperwork and drop 10 grand on insurance deductibles to cover the equipment. This after already going over budget on the film he was managing.

Three weeks later he was seen using the exact same camera on his next shoot. He's a piece of sh*t. He's a liar and a thief. I wish I'd never met him. Steer clear of working with Scott Markus at all costs. Unless of course you like going back to your investor to ask for more money.
