Scs Private funding Scott ONeil, Art Geiss they prromise me that I will close on a loan I paid them $4500 Internet

I work with Scott MIlburn for several months also work with LInda Kirkland, Art Gesis, Scott ONeil they all from Scs private funding. In august my realtor call me stated that she beening trying to speak with someone from Scs that my house is clear to close. We tried for two week then finally I get a email from SCott that the funding company no longer funding loan that should get my refund by Nov 21,2012 i still haven't got my refund nor have they return my calls or email.
