Google "Kenneth Enrico" --- this is the person behind SCS Private Funding. He has been scamming people under different "business" names for a few yrs now. There's a TON of info about this scammer all over the internet. I cannot understand why he hasn't been stopped! Please do NOT give SCS anymore $$$ --- we are making these people rich! We are out $3500 & know we will never get it back. These ppl need to be prosecuted. Contact your local government and file complaints against EVERY name you have been given throughout the process -- that's what we did. Likely nothing will come of it but maybe if enough ppl come forward we can get something done about this.

We were also ripped off by SCS Private Funding. I spoke to Scott O'Neill as late as two weeks ago and was apparently LIED to again by being told they were working on REFUNDS. I am also very frustrated with our realtor who took our $3500 to give to SCS at the end of April and he knew that no loans had ever closed since January of 2012. I will not name him right now but am very dissappointed since he professes to be a Christian. This has caused us a real financial hardship as we stupidly borrowed part of the money we paid the $3500 with at a very high title pawn interest rate. Since May we have only been paying the interest. Also we moved our pregnant daughter and her husband gave up their apartment to move in with us and the baby is now 6 months old. The house was for them. The baby was diagnosed with a heart murmur and all of their belongings is in storage and we also had to rent a storage facility to make room for them. We thought they would be here about two weeks. This is a real mess. Now we are stuck paying the storage fees on top of the high interest loan and also need the money back because our daughter had complications from the delivery and is now stuck without insurance and has already had one surgery since the baby was born and has to have another one. I am calling the Georgia FBI today and also the Atlanta media outlets. I understand WSB Channel 2 has done a report on this but I missed it and am hoping they with continue to investigate if more people continue to call them. I will be reporting this to any and every agency I can. I hope we can get a class action law suit aganist SCS, Scott O'Neill, Enrico and anyone else involved in this SCAM.

Like others my family and I have been patiently waiting to close on our home loan, which of course never happened. Lie after lie has caused my family to lose so much. We have really been taken advantage of and I know that there is something that can be done. This people are taking money from innocent people.
I hope that higher authority can stop them from continuing to scam people. If it's that easy for them to continue getting away with their scamming, then they will. We have all the evidence that are needed to have these people arrested. We may never recover all that we've lost but I hope these people and their families feel the way that they made other families felt. I will continue to support everyone to make sure that these people are brought to justice.

They took our family's money, and put us through the ringer also.  Scott O'neil met my kids personally, and knew my family was depending on moving.  We're out of $3500, and wasted countless hours of home searching let alone the gas.  If someone can help, email me at:  (((email redacted)))  Thank you

Hi.  I am a realtor.  I have a client who just used SCS Private Funding and it is a huge scam. Please Please Please call the Georgie FBI and file a report.  It will not take but 2 minutes to file it.  I have gathered numerous people to call in so we can stop this and hopefully recover some of your money.  They are taking advantage of innocent people and causing people to literally be homeless.  Please call Georgia FBI at 404 679 9000.  Along with this company, Gaylin Ware with Total Corporation, and Enrico Corpration are involved.  People are using different alias and Linda Kirkland, Scott O'Neil and Scott Milbourne all know this is a scam and they are going to jail.  I am following this through to the end.  I refuse to see these people hurt.

Please contact the following individuals if you live in Indiana and have been scammed by SCS/Ellis Funding Group. An investigation is being conducted so that these people will be held responsible for what they are doing --- PLEASE help by contacting the Indiana Attorney Generals office & also the Secretary of States office and give them all the info you know about Tony Cory, Tracy Ellis, Scott O'neil, etc.  I filed reports with both offices and was just contacted... I was referred to this guy Tracy Ellis and SCS Private lending via a colleague of mine that was utilizing their "supposed" services. They are a joke! Scott O'neill is a liar and will tell you whatever he has to! They want $3500 up front and have you fill out an application and send the funding in a fed ex to what was supposed to be an official office but turns out is just basically a PO box at a UPS store!?!? They don't even have a REAL office. They then tell you it'll take 60-90 days to fund. They tell you to get a home owners inspection and everything like a traditional loan. They even give you a closing date, however the closing never happens! The communication with the realtors and attorneys was nothing short of disgusting! My attorney couldn't get these people to contact the title company with information for the supposed closing to save his life! Then we found out that they received a cease and desist in Georgia which is the state they are supposedly incorporated out of?! They just kept saying that the loan was going to close, but they were just having problems with the "secondary" lender?! Don't believe the BS! There is no "secondary" lender and this is their strategy; just keep making empty promises and hopefully you'll keep swallowing it! Needless to say, because there was a pretty substantial amount of escrow required by the seller to the hold the property for the 60-90 days that these crooks required, at the end of the day the seller and their attorney went after the capital after Tracy Ellis and SCS just stopped calling them and the seller was fed up as they took the property off the market for 4 months waiting for my lender! Bottom line, I lost a tremendous amount of money due to these guys and am willing to spend what ever it takes to prosecute these guys to the fullest. I am forming a class action suit against these guys and would like as many people to join me that have been affected by these sorry excuse for business men! Please contact me via a rebuttle to this Scam Report if you want these guys to fry as I do!

Like a coward, Art tends to lay lower than the others but it now clear he is part owner of SCS Private Funding. He is not usually mentioned but he is Scott O'Neil's partner.
