SculpSure LA Advanced Surgical Institute Beverly Hills Surgical Center ignored my calls and emails, delivered a service that did not yield results, promised for a retreatment but never got back to me until a year later, and would constantly delay the procedure, now I have just asked for a refund and refused a retreatment because it does not work Beverly Hills CA

Came in for a consult and was told that I'd be a good candidate for the procedure. I said great, let's just do it right now. Dr. told me that I needed two treatments to see results. I went ahead and did the treatment in May 2018 and again after 6 weeks after that for the second one.

Continued to ask for before and after pics to no avail. It was November 2018 and we were going back and forth about potentially getting a retreatment because I do not see a difference. By January 2019 I had to contact the equipment manufacturer's representative and they offered a retreatment but I had to jump through more hoops.

I needed to send before and after pics. I never received them until around February 2019. I saw no results and the photos taken were proof. They did offer to retreat but would never give me a time to set the schedule. However, after doing additional consultations with other centers they have confirmed that I was never actually a good candidate for this procedure and would have been better off with lipo because of the type of body I have.

I felt cheated and kindly declined the retreatment because they are not going to work anyway, I would have already wasted my time, energy and money like I did for a year for no results. I want a refund instead because the services rendered did not produce anything - or the services rendered were incorrect (retreating wrong areas)/not a good candidate/bait and switch. $3800 gone and no one has taken any accountability and no one has apologized to me at all. 

I have voiced my concerns to other centers and they actually sympathized with me and even offered super discounted price to try and retreat me. I declined saying that it's not going to work anyway, given my experience and that I was never a good candidate. 

They will offer you nothing and waste your time and money. I was as professional and diplomatic as I can be, but I am beyond pissed off at the whole experience. Avoid at all costs. Do your research, read reviews, and most importantly don't get bullied.
