Sean Raffington opens multiple LLCs and just as quickly closes them. He is a scammer and did not return $75K to us when we canceled his contract because he was stealing from us.
He defrauds either by taking HOA dues and not paying the HOA bills or takes money from people to build fences etc and ghosts them. He has had his Real Estate license revoked as he defrauded a landlord on a rental property in Troutdale Oregon and he has defrauded many HOAs along the Oregon Coast. Sgt Vaughan of the Seaside Police Department has had multiple reports filed and a report has been given to the FBI.
This man moves every few months and has been sued by the receivables company out of New York. Online there are reports of his picking up household belongings and not returning or delivering them to the rightful owner
Avoid Bear Property Services of Seaside Oregon, Bear Transport LLC of Oregon and ROMDS proeprty services.
Sean Raffington is a scammer and attempts to talk a good story but do not fall for it. You will not get the service or your money back.
His activity has been reported to the FBI in Portland Oregon
