Selman Co. Insurance takes your money, but doesn't pay claims Cleveland Ohio

This is a supplemental health insurance plan for the dependants of 100 % disabled veterans, and military families. CHAMP-VA is the primary insurer, and you " have to have," Selmanco insurance. it's a monopoly.

Selmanco also has a 6 month waiting period for pre existing conditions, like diabetes, which I thought was illegal now, but apparently not for Selmanco.

Selmanco advertizes on their website, that they pay, " all out of pocket expenses, and all co-pays for hospital, doctor visits, and pharmacy. This is absolutely not true! We have stacks of bills from hospitals, and doctors offices billing us for co-pays that Selmanco did not pay. they take $ 148.00 per month out of my bank account, and we've had this insurance for 7 years. Do the math. They are making a lot of money off billing disabled

veterans family members. They just don't pay. Bottom line. I don't have any other options. This is the only secondary insurance for CHAMP-VA. A complete scam, and rip off!
