If you transport a car in this country you need to have commercial insurance.  This company does not have insurance or they do not cover a car when they assign a vehicle to a third pary carrier.   They should have check the insurance or covered the third party carrier under their insurance since they allowed them to move the car. 

These people are foreigners.  Heavy accents.  They do not follow the laws in America.  They drive smaller trucks/trailers that are not properly DOT marked on the door of the truck.  They have two car enclosed carrier trailers that are not marked.   They look like independent landscapers or something.  They fly right past the weigh stations when they run like this and their truck drivers log books never get checked.   Many of these type companies will show fake or forged insurance documents from out of state when they do get spot checked.  The police never investigate further due to the extra work this requires to check it.   Rather than pay $25,000 or so for commercial insurance - they run without it.  When they damage a car, they drop it without getting paid and move on.  They take a small hit but they don't car.  They saved huge by running without the expensive insurance policy.   How do they get away with this?   Easy.  They use a virtual office address like a mailboxes etc location so you can't sent them a summons to appear in court.  You'll never find them!   The police say it is a civil matter so they are too lazy to investigate them or look for them.   So fraudulent carriers like this make all our insurance rates go up.    

If you are a dealership or a broker or even another carrier that is thinking about using this company for their services - DON'T.  I WARN YOU.  It will blow up in your face.   

They are rude.  They suddenly can't speak English when you ask questions like "where is my car".   They block your number.
