Serverwerxs - Incomplete legal work product, excuses, lazy etc. Edmonton Alberta

Since this company required a public review to finish their simple job in the first place, here we go AGAIN:

Hey Sal, or Edgar (or whatever name you call yourself this week), where is the second Affidavit? You've now chosen to f-u-r-t-h-e-r put off sending it after the severe initial delay.

I agree with Stephanie's ("Waste of time and money") and Tracy's ("I want my money...back. Very unprofessional!") reviews.

Also, you have yet to provide your legal counsel's contact information that I requested (STILL waiting for that too) after YOU demanded that I "edit" my fact-based original review.

All of this is basic business 101 and plain common sense - no law degree required.

Here are details that occured prior to the above text (July 3rd):

After using multiple process servers (including a Constable and a Sheriff) over the years, I've NEVER had delays such as that outlined below...

MAY:

1st = I send detailed email (w current pictures of subject) about service request.

6th = Sal, sends apology for late response claiming office under "renovations".

8th = I email additional address to serve.

During the interim, Sal sends two "not found" email updates.

27th = He sends invoice for attempted services.

28th = Date of my hearing.

29th = My email: " Hey Sal, Good to finally hear from you. During the gap of time between your services and your email two days ago I was wondering when an invoice would be forthcoming...I have you scheduled (with several other month-end bills) to be paid this coming Monday as I now have your Zelle link.

JUNE:

1st = His Zelle contact info shows "name mismatch detected" (EDGAR) during my attempted. He confirms name/email combo for Zelle payment.

I pay, with my bank stating "As of June 01, 2025, the money for this payment was removed from your account and credited to Serverwerxs."

17th = His email stated "You'll have them this week. Thxs."

As of June 23rd, 2025, Serverwerxs has yet to send me "not found/attempted service" affidavits for proof of attempted service...since...you know...courts take this legal stuff seriously.

Again, never had this very drawn out delay from any process server before even when two different companies attempted service on same entity/person in same city.
