The laser I was sold is defective and emits pulses that are not as strong as in the video the seller-provided, or stated. The ND:YAG laser's pulses do not even sound as powerful as the laser the seller showed in the video nor do the pulses look the same.

Not only that but this company also sold me a completely different laser than what I requested, I asked for a US laser and the company sent me a UK laser. 

The seller has asked me to try many different operations to see if the laser would work and nothing they have suggested has because the laser is visibly defective and the seller keeps requesting me to do the same operations that do not work.

I have tried many different frequencies and different energy pulse levels and the laser still cannot remove pigment as I was shown in the seller's video.

It is now very clear to me that this seller sold me a faulty item, and is making excuses as to why the laser doesn't work so they can keep my money.

International buyers beware when purchasing from Shandong Changtu Enterprises Corp, they will sell you defective items and will make different excuses to not issue a refund for an item that was Cleary not as described, and you will have to contact Alibaba, file a chargeback or dispute to receive your money back.
