WARNING: Sharon Gourdine Scammed Our Father out of $7,500.

This serves to warn all on Ms. Sharon Gourdine who pretended to be part of the Good Houskeeping / Publisher’s Clearing House Sweepstakes and scammed our elderly father (91 years old) out of $7,500 by pretending to be part of the sweepstakes. Her cohorts, including Kyle Walker, claimed they needed the money to pay tax.

She had our father send her the check to her address on Plantation Road in Greenville, South Carolina. Her other address we learned is on Christine Court in Greenville. We called her and emailed her and she ignored us.

We have filed complaints with the Assistant U.S. Attorney who said they can arrest her once their investigation is completed and find her guilty.

Our elderly father - age 91 – an honest and hard-working Christian man – gave her $7,500.

We’re suing her, her bank, and Good Housekeeping and Publisher’s Clearing House for their roles in permitting this professional scam artist to thrive.

If you have any details you can help, please contact Assistant U.S. Attorney Winston Marsak at 864 447 7801 or Bill Watkins, US Attorney 864 363 0624.

Preying on elderly people is the lowest thing you can do. We pray God avenges us of Ms. Gourdine and she is brought to justice.

"Ms. Sharon Gourdine who pretended to be part of the Good Houskeeping / Publisher’s Clearing House Sweepstakes"

You already know that she's not an employee of Publishers Clearing House so you have no grounds to sue them.

It's unclear why you mentioned Good Housekeeping.

He mailed her a check. How is that the fault of her bank?

"We have filed complaints with the Assistant U.S. Attorney who said they can arrest her once their investigation is completed and find her guilty."

They did not say that. Only a court can determine guilt.

"We’re suing her, her bank, and Good Housekeeping and Publisher’s Clearing House for their roles in permitting this professional scam artist to thrive."

That isn't going to happen. The three companies you mentioned have no culpability.
