Lux Coach America Shaun Leclerc Wage theft Internet

Shaun Leclerc is the owner of Luxury Coach of America LLC. I worked for him since February 22 to April 11th. I gave my resignation on April 16th. Payday is on the 7th and 22nd of every month. I was told I would be paid $310 daily plus per- diem of $60 overnight per day. He made lot's of promises he never kept or honored. He never paid me on time which was a red flag. He paid me once on cash app and a check that froze my account for weeks. I couldn't pay my bills and every bill was late and interest was accumulating. Once this issue was resolved, then on April 7th I never got a check. Then next pay period came on April 22nd still no pay check. He sent the two checks on April 25th. I never got the checks until the April 28th. Still I was reluctant to see if the checks where going to be good checks. I was right, they both bounced ( insufficient funds). Still I never got paid!

I believe that when I had issues with the first check that froze my account I filed a claim for wage and hour division. This was a retaliation on me for turning Shaun Leclerc in for wage theft. Shaun Leclerc was so upset that I knew he wasn't going to pay me at all. He made all kinds of excuses and tried putting the blame on the bank for making the error for the frozen account on the first check. Now he has not responded to my email nor taking my calls.
