Shawn Paul Morris – Electrical Job Not Completed After Payment Kansas City Missouri

I am writing to report an unsatisfactory experience with Sean Morris, who agreed to complete Electrical work for us at the agreed full price. As part of our agreement, he requested an upfront payment of approximately $1,000, which was sent to his wife's Venmo account (name available upon request).

Mr. Morris initially claimed he could not begin the work as planned due to a hand injury. He later said he was waiting for materials. Despite repeated assurances, he did not return to complete the job. Eventually, he informed us that he would not be proceeding with the work at all.

We feel misled and disappointed by this experience. A copy of the deal and related documentation, including his signature and license number, is attached.

We share this report to caution others and encourage diligence before hiring.
