Wow. absolutely disappointed. I can go anywhere and get a trim. It takes next to no talent to do a basic trim. Good customer service is so important especially when you're dealing with children. The lack of customer service on any level on how to deal with a child is exactly what I experienced. The girl was so unpleasant. The owner was even worse.
