Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing Unethical and Incompetent Business Service Greenville SC

This company does everything in its power to defraud you and totally ruin your credit report.  Shellpoint bought my mortgage from the company that I originally took the loan out from.  Once they owned it everything went downhill like a bobsled out of control!  I make my payments a month in advance to avoid any late fees or disruption to my credit report... but Shellpoint does not record the payments and they try to send you late fees and penalty notices.  Then to make matters way worse, their website does not work on ANY browser if you are using an Apple computer.  So I am forced to make a phone call to them every single time I need information that should be readily available to every paying customer on their website.  Then I sit on hold for sometimes over an hour listening to the message "Please refer to our website for..." over and over again!  

I finally could not take their incompetence anymore because it had affected my credit score terribly for no good reason.  I had to take out another loan to pay off Shellpoint in order to get them out of my life.  When I requested my pay-off information, they email me someone else's loan and personal data!!!!  Then weeks later I get a snail mail with someone else's loan info!

Read all the reviews on this site and also 'Pissed Consumer" because it will make your hair stand on end to read all of their deceptive practices!
