I contacted and requested goods from Shenzhen Bluebert Electronic Co.,Ltd. who used Wilmar Stuart for their sales. The goods never arrived. Wilmar Stuart insisted to communicate on Whatsapp and pay with Zelle with a fake name and email. Shenzhen Bluebert Electronic Co.,Ltd. company verified Wilmar Stuart and used the 2 years Gold Supplier Status to gain trust.
When I contacted Shenzhen Bluebert Electronic Co.,Ltd., the main representative Tina Zheng admitted they rent their name to Wilmar Stuart. They would not return my money or compensate for that which was lost. Whatsapp messages and Alibaba messages confirm this. Wilmar Stuart identifies himself as Wilmar Stuart a representative with Shenzhen Bluebert, though his Whatsapp says Neo Electronics.
Alibaba will not take action on this despite the proof and report.
