Shenzhen Boerxin Technology Mr George Mr Felix Products sent were wrong, were delayed a month, order was short $250 Shenzhen Guangdong

Mr George, We ordered 5000 pcs disposable vapes from you on April 3rd, 2020.  My sales agent was Felix.  He separated the order into 5 parts and sent them by DHL.  It has been the WORST sales experience ever! 

The first part arrived on April 16 and was in bad shape.  The packaging was shabby and torn.  The other 4 parts were sent back to your company because you did not declare enough on the invoice.  After resending the 4 parts using DHL, it arrived 8 days later.  This time there wasn't a security sticker on the packaging!  Not only that, the boxes were all different sizes and not packed properly.  After having to reopen all the boxes and recount, we noticed that it was short 250 vapes! 

It will be my purpose to make sure EVERY SITE knows about the SH*T products your company provides and the SH*T service they back it up with.  I will advise every potential customer to choose ANY company EXCEPT yours!  BOERXIN Technology Limited, otherwise known as Shenzhen MOKECIG!
