Sherwin Williams Paint Bait and switch Aurora IL

I had stopped in to get some paint.  I had requested eggshell for all of the paint. When I got home and unbound what they gave me I found out they gave me satin paint.   I went back to the store to exchange it.   I was told by the clerk that she told me it was satin when she sold me which I didn't.  I asked to speak to a manager but there wasn't one.  After enough time they did call him and he said there version of satin is the same as eggshell.    Always also told I had to come back another day to discuss refund (clerks in the store said they wouldn't since it was tinted)   I told him that I had painters coming Monday and couldn't wait.   I offered to leave paint at store for refund when he got in and I was told if it was left in the store it would be t
