 received 3 coolers with out plugs. told to charge via my computer or phone cord. 82 yrs of age, this was not workig for me, so sent pkg back the next day, 7/9, they received & signed for it on 7/11. kept @ refused to return package. Later informed had to send it to China at a cost of $80.00. this in not listed in their return policy. I already paid $17 dollars to them & they kept my mdse. When I finally called the New York number told the same thing, had to return to China which was not listed in their return policy.  Fighting them since July, no being told its been over 120 days so they can no longer return me even $79.00 which they feel I am owed.  So now they have my mdse. & my $150.00
